Delivery through the Club Shop is FREE! if you're already part of an active campaign. Otherwise delivery will be R60.

 

Delivery Times

Our delivery times for standard orders are: within 4 working days for main city centres and within 5 working days for outlying areas, 10-15 working days for Club Shop Deals. Club Shop deals take longer because we can only order these deals from the supplier once the deals are closed. We will do everything in our power to deliver your order on time, but as with all things in life, things happen and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the above time frame.

Note: a day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturday/Sunday and public holidays.

 

Main City Centres:

Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberley can expect delivery within 3 working days.

Outlying Areas:

Expect delivery within 5 working days.

 

After-hours Delivery – Not available at present.

Weekend Delivery – Not available at present.

 

When do we start counting days?

It depends on your payment method. The day after we receive the payment from you. Please note EFT’s can take three days before we receive payment from your bank.

 

Confirmation email

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

Any delivery is subject to acts which is beyond the control of Club Shop due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation.

 

Tracking and Delivery

Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product(s) for any faults, defects or damage.  As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.

In the rare circumstance that an item is missing from your order please contact customer service on hi@ClubShop.co.za 

 

Stock

Stock of all products on offer in Club Shop is limited and pricing may change at any time without notice to you. In the case of products for sale by Club Shop we will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof are discontinued on the website, or the deal will be labelled as sold-out. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. When products are no longer available after placing an order

 

Return Requests

In the very unlikely event that you need to return something you have purchased to us please contact us to log a Return Request on hi@ClubShop.co.za  One of our customer service team will contact you to arrange a suitable time and day for collection.

Please note that following criteria for returns:

  • Return Request will be approved at the sole discretion of Club Shop
  • You need to let us know within 7 working days of the delivery date if you wish to return them.
  • Item/s must be in a re-sellable condition, in original packaging and undamaged.
  • In the event, the item/s being returned is due to no error on Club Shop’s side, a collection & replacement charge might be levied. The Club Shop customer service team will use their discretion to evaluate whether these fees may be waivered.
